Before I chuck my dull blades, thought I'd check with you guys if there is any use for them.

Before I chuck my dull blades, thought I'd check with you guys if there is any use for them.

My dad has used them for shelf supports for small paper trey kind of cabinets, you just cut your blades to length, make a saw kerf the width of you blade and tap it in teeth first. Hope this helps Jebarri |

If 10 TPI or more, stack 10 or so pieces with teeth in alternating directions, tape ends & you'll have one of the nicest rasps you can get! |

I have not tried this yet but will as soon as I pull 1/2 6tpi off my Grizzly , resharpen a bit and build a frame saw. |
